On this freezing cold day (the first day of Spring!) I thought I'd start with a warm-weather photo . . . Anna Kate in her favorite at-home attire . . . a bathing suit!

Phipps Botanical Gardens for another lovely visit.
(In case you are wondering, yes, Anna Kate does own other clothes . . . she just always wants to wear this dress and I'm wise enough to choose my battles and/or too tired to care.)

Old enough to eat breakfast, flip through a Lego catalog and point out what she likes.
Old enough to want to see the back of the cereal box while she eats.
Old enough to request a specific bowl.
And yet young enough to want that darn pacifier close by.
Yep, she's two!!
